1. The Service
Rocket Pickle provides tools for pickleball groups to create leagues, add players, generate games, log matches, coordinate upcoming games, calculate ratings, view rankings and insights, post feed moments, vote on fan favorites, and manage related league activity. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
2. Accounts and Identity
- You may use some parts of Rocket Pickle without signing in, but account-based features such as player claims, voting, sync, premium visibility, and subscription access require sign-in.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
- Player claims should represent your real participation in a league. Do not claim another person’s player profile without permission.
- League admins and participants are responsible for keeping league roster and match data reasonably accurate.
3. League Content and Permissions
You and other users may submit league names, roster names, scores, match edits, feed posts, comments, likes, votes, upcoming games, locations, photos or screenshots, and other league content. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Rocket Pickle permission to host, process, display, calculate from, and share that content as needed to operate the service and make league features work.
League content may be visible to other league members. If a league or upcoming game is made public, limited information may appear on public Rocket Pickle pages or maps.
4. Ratings, Rankings, and Stats
DIL ratings, Arena rankings, leaderboards, badges, insights, and player reports are Rocket Pickle features designed for recreational league organization and entertainment. They are not official tournament ratings, professional rankings, or guarantees of player skill. Match data, confidence, opponents, score margins, edits, and league settings may affect results.
5. Free Features, Premium Visibility, and Trials
Rocket Pickle may offer free features, preview access, beta access, trial visibility, and paid subscription tiers. Core league tools may remain available without a subscription, while some visibility features may require an eligible trial, beta status, league beta status, Go plan, Plus plan, or another entitlement.
Subscription features, prices, trials, and plan rules may change. If subscriptions are not live yet, billing, subscription changes, and plan changes may be temporarily disabled even if related interface elements are visible.
6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
When paid subscriptions are enabled, web payments may be handled by Stripe and mobile purchases may be handled by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or similar purchase providers. Billing, cancellation, renewal, refund, tax, and chargeback rules may depend on the provider used for purchase. Unless required by law or the purchase provider’s policy, subscription fees are generally not refundable for periods already billed.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Rocket Pickle to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, dox, or mislead others.
- Do not submit illegal, hateful, explicit, invasive, or harmful content.
- Do not tamper with rankings, votes, subscriptions, league records, or another user’s account.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with Rocket Pickle systems.
- Do not use Rocket Pickle in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
8. Safety and Real-World Play
Rocket Pickle helps organize pickleball activity, but it does not supervise games, verify locations, provide medical advice, guarantee player conduct, or control court conditions. You are responsible for your own safety, judgment, equipment, travel, and participation in real-world games.
9. Third-Party Services
Rocket Pickle may rely on services such as Firebase, Google Maps, Expo, OpenAI, Stripe, Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, browser speech recognition, mobile operating systems, and hosting or analytics providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Beta Features and Changes
Some Rocket Pickle features may be experimental, in preview, or in beta. Beta features may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, or removed. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of Rocket Pickle at any time.
11. Suspension and Removal
We may limit, suspend, remove, or delete access to accounts, leagues, content, or features if we believe these terms are violated, the service is being abused, data is unsafe or unlawful, or action is needed to protect Rocket Pickle or its users.
12. Disclaimers
Rocket Pickle is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free calculations, perfect match generation, complete data recovery, official rating accuracy, or that every feature will remain available.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rocket Pickle and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, league disputes, personal injuries, or real-world events connected to use of the service.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms as Rocket Pickle changes. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Rocket Pickle after changes means you accept the updated terms going forward.
